The Echos of Silence Final Epissode

  Lefa was staring at his laptop, waiting for an email to pop up. “I hope this email has good news,” he said, sipping a cup of coffee. You could see that he was waiting for news that would change his life. An email arrived, and he noticed that the publisher had rejected his first book. “This can’t be,” he stood, heart pumping as if his heart would come out. “How can they reject my offer?” He asked, not knowing what to do. Lefa left everything. He stood and looked outside through the window. The moon was bright, and there was a silence. “Why god?” Lefa’s tears went out. Sadness settled over him like a cold mist, seeping into every crevice of his being. In a quiet town where nothing ever seems to change, deception can move like a whisper—soft, unnoticed… until it explodes into chaos. The bank smelt of polish and quiet tension. Lerato sat upright, her handbag resting neatly on her lap. Her fingers tapped lightly against the bag. Her eyes moved across the room, not in panic, but with intention. “Ma’am, your application looks promising,” the manager said, adjusting his tie. “We just need to complete standard verification checks.” Lerato smiled politely. “I understand. Lefa was deep in thought about his father,   his mind drifted far away, his face tight with concern   “Since I was  born, I haven’t heard anything about my father,” he said, scratching his head. Lefa thought that Tseleng might know something, he paid a visit.  Tseleng was watching TV, laughing alone, she heard someone knocking on the door. “I don’t expect any visitor, who could that be?” Tseleng stood up and and opened the door. “Ausi Tseleng, I need to ask you something,” Lefa said, waiting to enter at the house. Tseleng was shocked, staring him. “I don’t know what you are talking about,” she said. Tseleng allowed him to enter and they started to have a heated conversation. “I want to know  about my father,” he  said.
